It is with regret that I must share with you the news that Aykley Heads Sports Centre is to close. While there is no confirmed date as yet the closure could take place any time between now and March 2011 and it is unlikely that much notice will be able to be given. As a result of this and to minimise the inconvenience in the event of a sudden closure, we have taken the decision that the next course (commencing September 2010) will be our last at Aykley Heads Sports Centre.
We are working hard to find an alternative venue in Durham but due to the heavy demand for pool space we are unable to guarantee you a place for lessons in the Durham area for future courses. However, we do run group lessons at Boldon School and we would be happy to guarantee places for any of our clients who would be willing to transfer to this brand 25m new pool.
A letter is being sent to all affected clients today (July 29th 2010) with a tear off slip that we would be grateful for your urgent attention to. In the meantime should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
