Rookie lifeguards
Rookie Lifeguard Course
We are happy to be able to offer the Royal Life Saving Society’s Rookie Lifeguard programme to confident swimmers aged 8-13 years old who have completed NPTS Stage 5. The programme teaches the young participants essential water safety and lifesaving skills as well as first aid and resuscitation techniques.
The venue varies according to pool availability and details are published on the website as they become available. Please contact us to register an interest.
