PAYMENT TERMS

• Lessons are invoiced in advance and are payable in blocks of five lessons.
• Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date and before the first lesson in the block. If you are unsure of where you are in the block of 5 at any time please call the office.
• A £5 administration charge will be applied for late payment. If payment is not received by the second lesson in a block of five, lessons will be suspended and the place offered to someone on the waiting list.
• Lessons are assumed to be continuing unless notice is given. It is therefore important you notify us if you no longer require your place as charges will be incurred as for missed lessons.
• Missed lessons must be paid for unless 48 hours notice is given.
• If two lessons are missed without notice your place will be offered to someone on the waiting list and you will be invoiced for the missed lessons.
• You may take 2 weeks holiday and have these lessons carried forward. Any additional lessons will be charged for.
• No refunds are given for missed lessons or in the event you withdraw from lessons before the end of the last block you have paid for.
• Awards are chargeable. If you do not wish to receive an award please notify your teacher. The record will be made that you have met the required standard for internal reporting purposes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Children must be accompanied by an adult. An adult must remain on the premises at all times in the event that the child becomes unwell or needs the toilet.
• Long hair should be tied back.
• Pupils who have been unwell with sickness or diarrhoea should be excluded from swimming for 48 hours after the last incident of illness.
